Apply for a Development Permit

This application is for a commercial or residential construction permit.

Apply for a Septic Permit

Upload septic design this is required for your application to be processed.

To expedite your application request please make sure the following information is provided when you submit your application:

Warranty deed (For property purchased within the last year)Lease agreement (For property being purchased through owner financing)

Letter of Authorization (For applicants that are not the property owner)

Site Map (i.e. Survey or Google Map that shows the location of the proposed structure on the property and the driveway off a public road

Application Instructions

2 Search for the property and the contractors at the top of the application using the search bars.

3 Fill out all the applicable information on the application.

4 Upload all required documentation using the upload file button at the bottom of the application.
